This usually means Windows is blocking a required driver. The common cause is the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist.
This changes a Windows security setting. Only do this if support instructs you to.
Use Start menu search and open Windows Security.
Select Device security.
Open Core isolation details.
Turn off Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist.
Restart your PC and retry after reboot.
Your Windows build may not expose the option.
Open a ticket and share your Windows version.
