These errors mean the loader cannot detect a valid Steam session.
Open Steam.
Sign in to the account that owns Rust.
Open your Steam Library.
Confirm Rust shows as installed.
Fully exit Steam.
Restart your PC.
Open Steam again.
Launch Rust once.
Close it at the main menu.
Run the loader again.
If you use multiple Steam accounts, log into the correct one first.
Open a support ticket.
Include the exact error code and a screenshot.
